Actuarial Director, Pricing - Specialty Programs Leader

Oliver James Group is seeking a Director, Actuarial to lead pricing strategy for Programs across multiple locations including Chicago, New York, Jersey City, St. Paul and Hartford. The role is hybrid, with 3 office days per week, and offers a base salary in the $130,000–$180,000 range plus bonus. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of P&C actuarial experience and holds ACAS or FCAS qualifications, with strong Python/SQL/VBA skills and a track record in pricing, portfolio analysis and profitability.
