Information Technology Support Analyst

JCW has partnered with a leading financial services firm to identify an IT Support Operations Associate to join their Chicago-based technology team. This is a hands-on, client-facing support role for an IT professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise and the professionalism required to support executives and end users in a regulated financial services setting. The ideal candidate is a customer-first problem solver with solid experience across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and SaaS platforms. They communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities with ease, and take pride in delivering white-glove service. This individual is equally comfortable troubleshooting a network issue and presenting to a room of end users. Key Qualifications3–5 years of IT support experience, ideally within financial services or professional services Strong proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Zoom Familiarity with macOS, SaaS administration, and MDM for iOS/Android devices Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNSExperience supporting AV and conference room technologies for internal and client-facing events Solid understanding of ITIL processes including incident and service request management Experience with onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access management Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging with executive-level users Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundation certification a plus
