Pay: $40$52/hour
Estimated Annual Salary: $83,200$108,160
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciencerequired
ASCP, AMT, or NCCLS certificationrequired
Strong microbiology laboratory knowledge
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities may include:
Overseeing daily operations of the microbiology department
Supervising and supporting laboratory staff
Ensuring accurate and timely testing
Assisting with scheduling, training, competencies, and workflow
Maintaining quality and regulatory compliance standards
