Director of Color Strategy & Palette Leadership

Athleta is seeking a Director of Color to lead the vision, strategy, and application of color across seasonal palettes, blending color theory, trend forecasting, and consumer insights to deliver cohesive collections from concept to consumer. You will partner with design, merchandising and leadership, build color workflows, ensure execution quality, and mentor a team of color designers in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
