Mortgage Operations & Systems Support Specialist

Arvest Bank Group is seeking a Mortgage Support Specialist to assist the mortgage team with ticketing, email and phone support, and a wide range of administrative duties. You will help track process improvements and training inefficiencies through ticket reporting, while working closely with the training department. This on-site role supports mortgage users, manages access to mortgage systems, maintains knowledge of policies, and ensures compliance with BSA/AML.
