- Now Hiring: Production Floater
Location: Elm Plating – Anodizing Division - 2395 E. High Street, Jackson, MI 49203
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Salary: Starting at $13.73 per hour, plus $1.50 shift differential

- Primary Function:
- Position is responsible for racking aluminum parts.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow production schedule and instructions given by the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Read and understand routers.
Follow work instructions.
Required to comply with all work, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Must be able to read and follow written work instructions.
Attention to detail and quality is a must.
Must have good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity skills.
Must maintain prompt and regular attendance.
Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and plant employees both verbally and in written form.
Position requires significant standing, and ability to bend, squat and move frequently throughout the day.
Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Understands the environmental directives of EPC.Understands the environmental impact of their division.
