Medical-Surgical Travel Registered Nurse

In this clinician-centered, travel role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage complex MedSurg conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care and smooth discharges. Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to adult MedSurg patients across diverse hospital settings. Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and monitor complex clinical conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document care accurately in the EMR and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge/transition plans. Adapt quickly to new hospital environments, workflows, and clinical technologies as a travel RN. Maintain infection control, fall prevention, and patient safety protocols at all times. Precept, mentor, and support fellow travelers and unit staff as needed.
