Staff Materials & Process Engineer - Graphite & Tribology

Mainspring Energy, Inc. is seeking a Staff Materials and Process Engineer to join our world-class engineering team in scaling production of the Linear Generator. You will lead material validation and process development for graphite components and tribological systems, collaborating across design, supply chain and quality to ensure reliability and manufacturability. The role requires deep graphite knowledge, experience with volume production, and strong data analysis skills in Matlab/Python.
