Position: Lead HVAC Installer

Pay Range: $30–$40/hr (includes base pay, commissions, and tips)

What You BringValid driver's license and clean driving recordEPA certification and 3–4+ years of HVAC installation experience Solid track record of reliability and quality work Leadership experience or ability to manage/mentor a small team Great attention to detail and craftsmanship Friendly, professional communication skills Ambition to grow faster than in traditional HVAC environmentsNATE certification and Service Titan experience are a plus, not required
