What You'll Do: Inspect and validate parts according to customer specifications and work instructionsDocument inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings and reworkIdentify and report any defects, nonconformities, or process issuesPerform rework, repackaging, and labeling as requiredSupport daily coordination and investigation of rejected materialsCommunicate inspection results to the supervisor and teamMaintain a clean and organized work areaMeet daily production and quality goals while following all safety standardsWhat You Bring - RequiredPrevious experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferredAbility to work with a nontraditional schedule. This is Project based and daily work is not guarantee. It’s unpredictable due to daily production needsStrong attention to detail and ability to identify visual or dimensional defectsReliable attendance and solid work ethicMust be able to read, write, and understand EnglishAbility to stand for long periods (8–12 hours per shift) Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularlyMust have a valid driver’s licenseWillingness to work overtime and weekends as neededFlexibility to work different shifts if requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyFlexibility is a must — must be willing to perform different warehouse duties and assist wherever neededAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat You Bring - PreferredManual quality inspecting experienceFast-paced production environment.
