Seasonal Operations Specialist

A luxury fashion boutique is hiring one Seasonal Operations Specialist for the busy holiday season. This role keeps the back of house and sales floor running smoothly, from inventory flow to presentation standards, so the boutique team can focus on delivering an elevated client experience.
What you’ll do:
- Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandise shipmentsMaintain stockroom organization and accurate inventory records
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and sized
- Support inventory counts, transfers, returns, and system accuracy
- Prepare and package client orders, holds, and shipmentsMaintain luxury presentation standards throughout the boutique
- Assist with appointment preparation and high-volume holiday traffic
- Partner closely with the boutique team to keep daily operations on track
- Who we’re looking for
Retail operations, stockroom, inventory, or visual merchandising experience is preferred, ideally in luxury or premium retail. Strong fashion retail or luxury hospitality candidates will also be considered. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, comfortable with physical tasks like lifting and moving inventory, and you bring a polished, professional presence.
Contract length: November to December
