Server Position at Mosaic HotelWe're looking for a friendly Server who's enthusiastic about serving tasty food, drinks, and coffee while forging authentic connections with guests at Mosaic Hotel. The task at hand: Assess, anticipate, and meet guest needs, responding quickly without losing focus on the dining experience. Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and management, adapting to different personalities with ease. Understand the full menu of food and beverage items, communicating it to guests effectively and accurately. Take orders, make espresso drinks, and serve coffee and other refreshments from the bar. Recognize and resolve problems using good judgment, tact, and initiative, in line with company policy. Perform basic accounting and math, operating cash registers, the Micros system, and hot beverage makers. Keep a clean, organized workspace per side-work guidelines.
