Scrum Master

Job Description: At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. At least 2 years of experience with Agile techniques like User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile GamesAt least 2 years of experience in software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development using Scrum methodology. At least 2 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies At least 1 years of experience in other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM) Analytical and Communication skills Experience in Telecom Domain. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
