Kitting Group Leader(A Group FATP_MFG)-Houston,TX

Purpose of the position: Ensure timely material supply to production lines to maintain operational continuity; conduct daily inventory audits and monthly production material oversight to safeguard assets and ensure accounting accuracy. Duties and Responsibilitiesmaterial storage area planning:

• According to the material properties, plan the room for storing materials. Warehouse environment temperature? humidity…Domestic material transfer material receiving & HK import customs clearance materials
• Prepare materials and issue them according to BOM?inventory review By week
• Good quality material inventory management & Inventory review analysisdefect inventory management?scrap management?
• Inventoryreview analysissecurity management:raw material safety?special equipment?dock safety account management:
• Tiptop system Operating5S management?educationtraining supply chain management
• Kitting Work Order requirement confirmation
• Kitting material transportation
• Kitting Material handler loading operation
• Kitting finished goods warehousing
• Kitting defective product handling
• Other Supervisor assigned tasks to be completed
• Education and work experience
• Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of two years of college or graduation from a two-year technical college with an associate's degree.

Degree required: Diploma
