Job DescriptionGrain Elevator SuperintendentTop Ag Cooperative is hiring aGrain Elevator Superintendentto oversee daily grain operations across multiple grain locations. This role leads hourly staff in safe, efficient grain handling, quality control, equipment maintenance, and rail/truck loading operations.
What You'll Do:
Lead and hold team members accountable to Top Ag's core values and safety standards
Oversee grain inventory, quality, and facility/equipment maintenance
Coordinate rail loading and truck receiving operations
Train, develop, and manage hourly operations employees
What You'll Need:
Associate's degree in Ag Business, Ag Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of leadership experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on, outdoor work
Valid driver's license
Working Conditions: Combination of outdoor and office environment; seasonal/overtime hours required.
