CSX is seeking a highly skilled real estate attorney in Jacksonville, FL to draft and review real estate contracts, leases, development agreements, and related documents, and to support the Real Estate team on strategic matters.
You will negotiate with external parties, review title and closing documents, attend planning and zoning meetings, and collaborate with outside counsel on real estate litigation and transactional work to protect CSX's property interests.
