Responsibilities:
Review and approve tax returns, handle tax examinations, and oversee tax preparers. Manage complex tax matters, advise clients, and ensure timely assignment completion. Delegate tax research projects, supervise tax staff, and provide training.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Develop and train Tax Department staff, participate in reviews and evaluations.
Qualifications:
5-7 years' public accounting experience, expertise in tax preparation and supervision. Bachelor's in accounting, CPA license required, Master's in taxation preferred.
