Job Description: Security Officers protect and safeguard patients, staff, other persons, assets and facilities within Essentia Health.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, shift start 7a or 7p- Week 1: Wednesday 7a - 7p, Saturday - Sunday 7p - 7a- Week 2: Tuesday - Thursday 7p - 7aLicensure/Certification Qualifications: Preferred at time of hire: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, required within three months of hire. Trainings to be completed once hired: Healthcare Security Officer basic training through the International Association of Healthcare Safety and Security, with completion required within one year ofCurrent de-escalation training, with completion required within five months of hire if not completed within the past three calendar years. FTE:0.9Possible Remote/Hybrid Option: Shift Rotation: Day/Night Rotation (United States of America) Shift Start Time:0700 or 1900 Shift End Time:1900 or 0700
