Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Welder and Assembly Teammate to join our team. In this position, you will accurately interpret blueprints and drawings to weld chain components and parts. This is an integral part of the chain manufacturing process. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with great attention to detail and proven experience as a Welder.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematicsPlan layout and measurements of chain componentsInterpret requirements to select the most appropriate welding equipment for the jobOperate angle grinders, calipers, rulers, and other hand and power toolsUse manual and semi-automatic welding equipmentAssemble chainOperate the robotic welderQualificationsPrevious experience as a WelderProfessional Certification (AWS welding certificate) is preferredExperience with a variety of welding equipment and toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents and drawingsUnderstanding of all health and safety guidelinesAttention to detailGreat attitude
