  • Prepare timely analysis for leadership and the company’s private equity sponsor
  • Organize information from multiple systems and identify the story behind the numbers
  • Improve spreadsheets, reporting tools, and FP&A processes
  • Partner with accounting and operational leaders to investigate issues and pursue answers
  • Support ad hoc analysis in a fast-changing environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least three years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence managing complex formulas
  • Working knowledge of accounting and the P&LStrong attention to detail and a consistent record of producing accurate work
  • Ability to turn incomplete or imperfect information into useful analysis
  • Independent thinker who takes ownership and follows questions through to an answer
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively with finance and non-finance leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
Experience in staffing, healthcare, education, professional services, or another labor-driven business is helpful but not required. This is a flexible hybrid role based in Denver (One day/week in office on average).
