Machine Operator / Facility Cleaner

Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:45 AM 3:15 PM

Temp-to-HireWe are looking for a dependable and hardworking Machine Operator / Facility Cleaner to join our team in Bensenville, IL. This is a 50/50 position, with approximately half of the shift focused on general cleaning and janitorial duties and the other half assisting with machine operation and production duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, dependable, willing to learn, and interested in gaining machine operating experience.
Responsibilities:- Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility
- Keep work areas, equipment, and production areas clean and organized
- Assist with operating production machinery
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Monitor machines during operation
- Report equipment or production issues to the appropriate team member
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with general production and facility duties as needed
Requirements:- Previous manufacturing, machine operating, janitorial, or general labor experience is a plus
- Entry-level machine operating experience is welcome
- Must be willing to learn and be trained on equipment
- Comfortable performing both cleaning and machine operating duties
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
