Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the psychological needs of clients, ensuring accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment recommendations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client-specific goals, preferences, and best practices in mental health care. Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, or trauma-informed care, to facilitate personal growth and healing. Establish therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary. Offer teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who prefer virtual appointments or face accessibility challenges. Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on industry trends. Patient Population / Client FocusOur client population is diverse, encompassing children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications: Current and valid state license as either an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory. Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services is advantageous. Knowledge of culturally competent practices and a commitment to serving diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, based on your experience and client caseload.
