Senior Commercial Paint EstimatorI'm working with a well-established commercial contractor in the Charlotte Metro area that's looking to add an experienced Senior Commercial Paint Estimator to their team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running with commercial painting estimates, while also bringing drywall experience as a plus. Review construction drawings, specifications, bulletins and ASIs, updating estimates as projects evolve.
Price labour, materials and equipment while developing realistic project budgets and labour forecasts.
Work closely with general contractors to clarify scope and review project documents in Bluebeam.
Lead scope review and estimating meetings to prioritise upcoming bids.
Prepare Schedule of Values (SOVs), working budgets and project handover information for the operations team.
Assist with contract reviews, submittals, change orders through Clearstory, closeout documentation and warranty packages.
Support project scheduling using Microsoft Project where required.
