About the Role:
Reporting to the SVP, Chief Growth & Member Engagement Officer, the VP of Deposit Growth & Member Relationships is responsible for:
- Developing and executing the credit union's strategy to grow deposits
- Attracting new members and deepening current member relationships
- Increasing overall member lifetime value.
- This role combines analytic skills, leadership, sales culture development, product strategy, and member experience knowledge to ensure the credit union remains the primary financial institution for members.
- The selected person will oversee a staff that includes a Sales & Service Coordinator, Sr. Business Development Coordinator, and a Business Development Coordinator.
