Senior Counsel, Content Licensing & Distribution (Equity)

MaziCTools seeks a Senior Counsel with deep knowledge of content and creator spaces to support licensing, acquisition, and distribution of video and audio content. You will structure and negotiate agreements and provide strategic legal guidance to executives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in top entertainment law firms or in-house at a major studio or network, with strong copyright expertise and external-facing negotiation skills.
