Work arrangement: Hybrid - This is a hybrid role with occasional in-office days in LA or SF for client meetings.

Compensation: $170K - $300K base

What You’ll Do: Represent injured clients from intake through resolution. Choose cases and set strategies to maximize client recovery. Provide five-star service, including in-person meetings. Collaborate on hiring and brand development. Partner with marketing to differentiate the brand. What You Bring (required) Plaintiff‑side personal injury experience. Experience working up injury cases from intake through resolution. Experience handling motor vehicle or premises liability cases. Active bar admission in California.
