Machine Operator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery and production equipment. Set up machines and load materials as needed. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or production issues. Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance. Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintain accurate production records. Keep the work area clean and organized. Meet production goals and follow established procedures. Work effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous machine operation or production experience required. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Basic math and attention-to-detail skills. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials within established safety limits. Ability to wear required PPE and work in a production environment.
