Lead Product Designer, Senior Living SaaS & AI

ECP is seeking a Lead Product Designer to spearhead the product experience for clinical, CRM and billing modules. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will shape the product's look and feel, drive usability, and partner with engineering to deliver impactful AI-enabled features. This hands-on IC role starts as the sole designer, with growth opportunities as the team expands. You will obsess over the product, industry, and customers, crafting experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile.
