Diagnostic Imaging Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties: Organize, supervise, and monitor clinical services and procedures within the radiology department. Ensure safe patient care and adherence to applicable accreditation guidelines. Identify cost-effective systems to support departmental business needs. Diagnostic Imaging Manager Job Requirements: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Radiology or equivalent managerial experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced leadership capabilities. Current A.R.R.T. or A.R.D.M.S certification and Texas State License required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory for patient safety. Minimum of 5 years of acute imaging leadership experience; 7 years preferred. Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. Strong collaboration skills to build stakeholder relationships and drive improvements. Visible and hands-on leadership style to support team members effectively. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency.
