The ideal candidate will have experience working with telecom clients, leading project teams, and managing telecom tax-related activities from analysis and planning through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide telecom domain projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Manage and coordinate telecom tax process activities.
Analyze business requirements and plan appropriate solutions for telecom tax processes.
Oversee implementation activities and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Lead and mentor team members, providing technical and functional guidance.
Collaborate with telecom clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and resolve issues.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure quality deliverables.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project execution and continuous process improvement.
Required Skills8–10 years of experience in the telecommunications domain.
Strong knowledge of telecom tax processes.
Experience leading telecom projects and managing teams.
Previous experience working with telecom clients, including at client locations.
Strong skills in business analysis, project planning, implementation, and delivery management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates with a strong combination of telecom domain knowledge, telecom tax process expertise, and team leadership experience are preferred.
