Industrial Sewing Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 16.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble fitness products and elastic straps. Adjust machines, change needles and thread, and perform basic equipment maintenance. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Track production progress, maintain a clean workspace, and work with the team to meet daily goals.
Industrial Sewing Operator Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of sewing machine operating experience required.
Ability to sew straight lines and make basic machine adjustments.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive movements, including bending, stooping, and squatting.
Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and cold.
Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and good communication and teamwork abilities.
