Home Care RN

Responsibilities: Who has held a position of a supervisor in home health care for at least two yrs and able to prepare a comprehensive care plan. Coordinate and supervise other colleagues to assess, implement and evaluate staff performanceAble to do admin work and also comply with accreditation process Document any changes in patient conditions and able to do incident report documentation Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the management QualificationsCurrently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment Previous experience as a Home Care RN with two YRS Experience would be preferredExcellent in communication skills, interpersonal and client care skillsValid driver’s license , Physicals, Xray, a copy of previous background checks will be a plus First aid/CPR certification /malpractice insurance is required
