Director, Compensation & Total Rewards (Remote/Hybrid)

Independence Pet Holdings is seeking a Director, Compensation to join our Total Rewards team. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards, you'll help grow the compensation practice, run day-to-day compensation operations, administer incentive plans, and deliver market pricing for a multi-brand organization across North America. The role partners with cross-functional groups, supports the HR leadership, and leads a small team.
