City Year AmeriCorps members coach and mentor students across elementary, middle and/or high schools to help them achieve academic success, improve attendance, and build positive behaviors. Training is provided, and you will work closely with teachers and school staff to support students daily.
This entry-level, paid, full-time role includes a 2–4 week onboarding, a focus on 1:1 and small-group coaching, as well as involvement in whole-class instruction and school-wide initiatives.
