Shifts Currently Available Rotating weekends as needed MondayFriday: 6:00 AM2:00 PMMondayFriday: 10:00 AM6:00 PMMondayFriday: 1:00 PM9:00 PMWhat We're Looking ForOne or more years of customer service experience preferred; home services or emergency services experience is a plus Previous dispatch experience in residential or emergency services is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Familiarity with Service Titan is a bonus, but we will train the right person Strong communication and active-listening skills Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented approach Team-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow High school diploma or equivalent required
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first impression of our company and the voice our customers rely on. You will:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs
- Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support
- Manage a high volume of calls confidently and efficiently
- Communicate with technicians and internal teams to support smooth service delivery
