Promontory Winery AmbassadorAs a primary on-site representative for Promontory, the Winery Ambassador represents the culture and philosophy of Promontory. The Winery Ambassador will authentically live our values, with curiosity for people and the ability to understand and engage with others' interests across different subjects. By providing exceptional hospitality and a memorable experience when hosting private visits and tastings and offering direct-to-consumer sales at the time of the visit, the Winery Ambassador will successfully establish and nurture long term, repeat business from existing and new patrons. Essential duties include serving as ambassador and storyteller for Promontory, providing authentic visits and tastings on property, coordinating sales and wine delivery, supporting with set-up and breakdown of visits and tastings, maintaining pristine conditions throughout the winery, and assisting with coordinating overall winery hospitality schedule of Promontory. Personal characteristics include self-awareness and humility, a capacity to adapt in an ever-changing environment, empathy and curiosity, trustworthiness, honesty, ethical commitment, accountability, and detail orientation.
