The ideal candidate has the passion and drive to learn something new every day and apply this knowledge to calibrate instruments in our established lab or on-site at client's facilities. This is not a career where every day is the same. There are numerous opportunities to expand your knowledge and technical skill set with hands-on experience and online training materials. Entry LevelWe encourage candidates who are willing to learn and who are looking for a long-term career to apply. We have an in-depth, self-paced training program to establish a baseline skill set that will integrate a new technician into a productive career in Metrology. Advancement to at least Level 1 technician is required within the first year of employment.

Applications without a cover letter, a resume submitted as a cover letter or AI generated responses to application questions will automatically be rejected, regardless of qualifications. A review of your application (question responses, resume & cover letter) will be performed by our management team to determine if you are a good candidate for this position. If we think you you are a good candidate, a link to our entrance exam will be emailed to you. This exam must be taken within 3 days of receiving the link to be considered for employment. Provided the exam is passed, we will set up an interview with you so we can get to know you personally as well as you can get to know us.
