ASAPOncology/Hematology experience is preferred but not requiredNew graduates are welcome to apply Roles & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to Oncology/Hematology patients Conduct comprehensive patient assessments Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Manage acute and chronic health conditions Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Coordinate patient care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Provide patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes and excellent patient experience Participate in preoperative and postoperative clinical care when needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Work collaboratively with experienced oncology and hematology providers Compensation & Benefits New Graduates: $160,000 to 160,000/year Base salary increases based on years of experience Annual bonus, typically around $10,000 Health insurance starting Day 1Dental & Vision insurance Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) Plan Generous PTO8 paid holidays, including 2 floating holidays Additional benefits available Weekend & Call Coverage Approximately 4 weekends per year Approximately 1 weekend per quarter Weekend responsibilities include rounding On-call coverage from Friday evening through Monday morning Requirements Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current APRN/NP or PA license Candidates with a pending license may be considered Oncology/Hematology experience is helpful but not requiredNew graduates are welcome Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Strong
