APPLY NOWMedal. TV is seeking a Head of Safety to own end-to-end compliance for content safety, user data, and platform transparency. You will design and ship systems that reduce manual reviews and cost while maintaining strong safety outcomes.
You’ll lead detection system tests, evaluate policies, stay ahead of GDPR/DSA and other regimes, and partner with engineering on a roadmap that prioritizes automation. You’ll build a small, capable team and define Medal’s safety voice aligned with the brand.
