Tools
Technicians are expected to own and maintain a professional set of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic tools, and personal equipment sufficient to perform normal technician duties.
8Runner provides larger shop and specialty equipment such as alignment equipment, presses, welders, pullers, specialty service tools, and other equipment that would not normally be part of an individual technician's tool inventory.
We are a Milwaukee- and Snap-on-heavy shop, but you are welcome to use the professional-quality tools and brands you prefer.

Above everything else, we're looking for someone who is:
Reliable
Productive
Detail-oriented
Technically capable
Organized
Comfortable working independently
Willing to communicate when something isn't going as planned
Able to diagnose rather than simply replace parts
Serious about quality and reducing comebacks
Interested in continuing to improve their technical skills
Proud of the work they produce
If you're the kind of technician who enjoys Toyota trucks, off-road vehicles, aftermarket builds, solving problems, and seeing a job through from start to finish, we'd like to talk with you.
