OT - SNF Rehab for Independence (30h/wk, Mon-Fri)

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Wisconsin. The OT will evaluate, plan, and implement treatments to help patients regain independence and improve daily living activities.30 hours per week with no weekend rotation and a full-time schedule. Qualifications include an OT degree, current state license, and 1–2 years in a rehab setting.
