Client Success Manager (Health Plans/PBM) (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities: Be the face of Vida, owning end-to-end client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Analyze data, present strategic recommendations, and identify up-sell opportunities. Collaborate across internal teams to develop solutions addressing client needs.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in account management, sales, or customer success in health tech or consulting. PBM experience required, familiarity with healthcare landscape. Strong communication, data analysis, and leadership skills.
