Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner III to manage and maximize the value of internal technology platforms supporting KFC's digital operations.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating engineering needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with SRE, DevOps, Solutions Architecture, Cloud, Security, and Platform Engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
Gather requirements and feedback from developers and technical teams to improve platform usability and developer experience.
Support CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, automation, and self-service platform initiatives.
Track product adoption, user satisfaction, productivity, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requires 1–3+ years of technical product ownership/product management experience, Agile expertise, and familiarity with DevOps, cloud, or SRE concepts.
