Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional abilities using diagnostic tests related to muscle, nerve, and joint performance, guiding the treatment approach to maximize recovery. Create, implement, and lead personalized physical therapy treatment plans designed to prevent disability, relieve pain, and restore muscle function within the context of the patient's overall health status and personal goals. Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in executing the treatment protocols to ensure quality care and adherence to the established plan. Provide hands-on therapeutic care, including administering exercises, traction, and physical agent modalities while also instructing patients in home exercise programs to facilitate their recovery. Regularly assess and modify treatment plans based on patients' progress and changing needs, communicating effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care planning. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards. Engage with patients and their families to educate them about treatment processes, self-care strategies, and the effective use of therapy devices. Contribute insights during team case conferences and be an active participant in continuous improvement initiatives within the clinic. Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic conditions. Our focus is on delivering tailored therapy that respects the patient's unique situation and encourages resilience. By evaluating each client's home environment and overall lifestyle, you will provide invaluable recommendations that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required. Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida, in good standing. One year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an acute care or home care setting. Current CPR certification. Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and collaborative team members. Proficient understanding of federal, state, and regulatory guidelines applicable to rehabilitation facilities.

Preferred Experience: Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings, particularly with post-operative and geriatric populations. Background in utilizing evidence-based practices and continuous learning in therapy methodologies. Capable of working both independently and within a team-oriented environment, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach.

Compensation and Benefits: The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
