You'll own a portfolio of client relationships and be responsible for helping those clients succeed.
That includes:
- Running client strategy and performance calls
- Understanding client goals, marketing performance, CPL, CAC, close rates, and lead quality
- Identifying problems before the client does and taking ownership of solving them
- Coordinating with our advertising, creative, and operations teams
- Helping improve client offers, follow-up, CRM usage, and sales processes when needed
- Keeping accounts organized and moving forward
- Building strong relationships with business owners
- Identifying opportunities to retain and grow successful accounts
- Your job is not just to keep clients happy.
- Your job is to help them win.

- Ideally, experience marketing for home service businesses
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A basic understanding of paid advertising and lead generation
- The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once
- High personal accountability and strong problem-solving skills
- If you don't have agency experience, we'll still consider exceptional candidates with strong client success experience or people who are unusually smart, hardworking, and quick to learn.
- You'll Probably Love This Role IfYou're highly ambitious and competitive
- You want more responsibility, not less
- You naturally work hard without needing to be chased
- You move quickly and handle pressure well
- You take ownership when something goes wrong
- You want your compensation and responsibility to grow with your performance
- You'd rather have a demanding opportunity with significant upside than an easy job with limited growth
- Gravitate is growing quickly, and this role can be hectic at times. There will be periods that require more than a standard workday.
- If you're looking for a predictable, low-pressure remote 9-to-5, this probably isn't the right fit.
- Compensation & Growth
Base Salary:
$65,000 Strong performers can earn approximately $90,000–$110,000+ through performance compensation, retention incentives, account expansion commissions, referral bonuses, and additional incentives.
