Lead UI Tech Designer - Unreal Engine 5 UI Systems

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead UI Tech Designer to bridge design and engineering by building scalable UI systems in Unreal Engine with a focus on architecture, performance, and game feel. You will translate wireframes into reusable widgets and navigation flows while partnering across disciplines—UX, UI art, and engineering—to ship polished, responsive UI experiences. This role requires leadership, strong ownership, and deep Unreal Engine 5 experience with UMG, Slate, and Blueprints on shipped UI.
