Teez Agency is looking for a Junior Creative Producer who loves food, content, and bringing creative ideas to life.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion for food and beverage content and wants to be involved in the entire creative process—from coming up with concepts and building moodboards to prepping for shoots and being hands‑on with the team on set.
You'll work closely with our Creative Director, Head of Production, culinary team, and content creators to help turn ideas into finished photo and video content for some amazing food and beverage brands.
What You'll Be Doing:
Helping develop creative concepts for social, photo, video, recipe, and UGC content
Building moodboards, visual references, and creative decks
Helping develop shot lists and organize creative direction before shoots
Supporting pre‑production planning across props, ingredients, products, talent, wardrobe, locations, and other shoot needs
Working alongside our culinary and production teams to prep for upcoming shoots
Being hands‑on during shoot days and helping make sure we're capturing everything we need
Supporting our Creative Director and Head of Production throughout the creative and production process
Researching food trends, social trends, creators, recipes, visual references, and new content ideas
Helping organize creative assets, references, and production materials
Jumping between creative tasks depending on what each project needs
You'd be a great fit if you:
Love food, cooking, restaurants, food photography, or food content
Have a strong creative eye and understand what looks good on social
Spend way too much time saving food content on TikTok, Instagram, or Pinterest
Enjoy turning an idea into something tangible
Are comfortable working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment
Are organized and can keep track of lots of little details
Don't mind getting your hands dirty on set and helping wherever needed
Take initiative instead of waiting to be told every next step
Are excited to learn more about production, creative direction, culinary content, and advertising
A background in culinary, food media, advertising, photography, film, social media, design, or production is a plus—but we're open to someone earlier in their career who has the right eye, attitude, and passion for the space.
