Sales Consultant

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners Generate and manage your own pipeline (builder accounts, referrals, repeat clients) Conduct in-home consultations and on-site visits Recommend and sell flooring (carpet, LVP, hardwood, tile) and window treatments Measure, quote, and close projects Oversee projects from sale through installation Coordinate with installers and ensure high customer satisfaction Meet and exceed revenue targets

Qualifications: Proven success in outside sales or in-home sales Strong background working with builders, contractors, or residential projects Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines Excellent communication and closing skills Self-starter with a track record of generating business Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
