Job Description Gainer Industries is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to help operate and maintain our shop. We're looking for someone who is honest, reliable, takes initiative, and can be trusted to run day-to-day shop operations independently when needed.
Responsibilities:- Operate DPF cleaning equipment
- Operate flywheel resurfacing machine
- Perform welding and general shop work
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Handle daily shop operations with minimal supervision
Qualifications:- Welding experience is a plus, but not required. Willing to train the right person.
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
- Dependable, honest, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and take responsibility
