Your day is structured around scheduled field windows and service priorities within Pharr Connect's Fiber Division operating hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with Saturday coverage). You review overnight alerts and ticket queues, confirm site access and locates, and align timing with crews and internal stakeholders. Throughout the shift, you validate test readings, update maps and records, and communicate status clearly to keep work moving. When unexpected outages occur, you pivot quickly—tracking progress, documenting findings, and ensuring the right information reaches the right teams.
